Should I order 1-on-1 consultations or the Course for Beginners?

The goal of the 1-on-1 consultations is to help the client manage their habits (routines) and, with the help of Whole Plant-Based Nutrition, direct their life toward a healthier path, using a set of agreed-upon measures after consultations.

The Course for Beginners is easy and simple for anyone, no matter how new they are to the kitchen, because it guides you through clear instructions and lessons in PDF format, as well as video lessons with precise recipes. You don’t need to have previous kitchen experience.

Everything you do is very simple and easy to prepare , and you’ll get specific instructions for grocery shopping, planning, and food storage, along with precise recipes for meal preparation. All recipes are simple, easy, and relatively quick to make. You will have full support throughout the entire program, and then you will have support for another month. The good news is, you don’t have to choose. These two modules are designed to work perfectly together.

A healthy meal plan includes a variety of nutrient-rich foods:

  • Greens (leafy vegetables, sprouts, and microgreens)
  • Antioxidant fruits (primarily berries) and vegetables
  • Protein and nutrient-rich pseudo-cereals (quinoa, amaranth, buckwheat)
  • Plant-based proteins (legumes and protein powders)
  • Healthy fats (seeds)
  • Sea vegetables
  • Sufficient fluid intake

The Veganluk Program for Beginners has 12 modules and lasts for 12 weeks. You have access to your lessons and recorded webinars throughout the program if you couldn’t attend live. After you finish the program, you will have complete access to your account for another three months (90 days), where all video lessons, saved webinars, and PDF lessons with precisely measured recipes are located. So, you have a total of 6 months of access.

You don’t have to be. We will show you that plant-based nutrition can be delicious, filling, nutritionally rich, and simple and quick to prepare. Implementing at least some healthier routines can greatly contribute to your daily life , helping to prevent energy slumps, improve sleep, enhance concentration, and increase endurance. The further application and choice of nutrition methods are up to you. We are here to support you on your journey of exploration and getting the most out of Whole Plant-Based Nutrition.
