Recommendations for Maximum Effect

Morning: 2 Glasses of Water (650 ml).
Drink 2 to 3 liters of water daily for individuals weighing 50-80 kg (depending on daily activity intensity and body mass).
Coffee (including decaf), black, and green tea should be eliminated.
Industrial sweets, white bread, neither whole wheat nor white wheat, nor wheat pasta or pastries with trans fats should be consumed.
Processed foods, cheeses, and dairy products should be eliminated, and can be replaced with organic plant-based milk (oat, rice, or coconut) free from additives and sugar.
Your last meal should be no later than 19h.
After that, consume only water and herbal drinks (teas).

The catering menu and meals are created by Nevena Veselinović, a specialist in whole plant-based nutrition for medical purposes, a master’s student in organic plant production, and the owner of Veganluk Djumbir Superfood Detox Catering.

Do you deliver meals outside Belgrade?

No, quality transport even within Belgrade is a big challenge, so for now, we are focused only on local deliveries within the area of our kitchen.

All meals that do not contain fresh salads and mushrooms can be reheated. For others, it’s recommended to leave them out of the refrigerator for an hour before consumption.

Yes. Each bag and meal is labeled ‘Breakfast,’ ‘Lunch,’ or ‘Dinner,’ along with marks 1 and 2 to indicate which meals correspond to which day.

Certainly, but if you do, please use a cooler bag with ice packs. Otherwise, they will spoil, if not on the same day, then the next, due to a break in the cold chain.

Achieving maximum results requires discipline while on the meal program. You may only drink water in addition to the provided meals.
