Postoji mnogo razloga zbog čega je dobro konzumirati naut ( kuvana leblebija). ⁣

✍🏻Fosfor koji sadrži je dobar za koncentraciju i pamćenje, a i izvor je i proteina i kao i sve mahunarke, hranjiv ke, bogat vlaknima, ali ga je zbog lakše probavljivosti neophodno potapati barem preko noći. ⁣

🥣Ukoliko je bio potopljen kuva se oko 20 – 40 min ( uz dodatak male količine sode bikarbone) kako bi se brže skuvao i bio mekan, što je i neophodno za dobar humus. ⁣

💪U kombinaciji za proteinima konoplje u prahu naut može dati zaista dobar proteinski obrok čije makronutritijente naš organizam potpuno i lako usvaja, a limun, beli luk i devičansko maslinovo ulje koje opciono dodajemo doprinose ne samo dobrom ukusu već i mikronutritijentima ( minerali i vitamini), pre svega B i C vitamin. ⁣

Posebno u prelazu iz leta u jesen, kada još uvek patimo za morem prija kombinacija mediteranske i bliskoistočne kuhinje koja će nam svojim začinima i aromama ugrejati organizam iznutra i osnažiti imunitet. ⁣

🌈Za dobar dan- sveži humus na integralnom tostu sa peršunom i spanaćem, uz par kapi ulja od belog tartufa👌🏻⁣

Recept za humus : ⁣

•500 gr nauta /potopiti preko noći ⁣

•150 ml extra devičanskog maslinovog ulja ⁣

•sok 1/2 🍋🍋🍋

•1 čeno belog luka ⁣

•1 supena kašika tahinija •himaljske soli po ukusu ⁣

•2 supene kašike konopljinog proteina ⁣(Macrobiotic )

Naut isprati, skuvati u čistoj vodi (40min) procediti i sjediniti u jačem blenderu ( sa pomoćnim štapom) sa ostalim sastojcima.⁣

Namazati na tost, dodati naut u zrnu, seckani sveži peršun i blanšiani spanać uz par kapi ulja od tartufa. ⁣

Veganska ishrana nije samo soja – iako vegani jedu samo biljne proizvode, to ne znači da ne mogu jesti pomfrit, testeninu, palačinke, sushi (bez ribe) i pizzu. “Čoveče, pa oni su kao mi!” Da…jesu??
