Ne zaboravite da se može dogoditi da budete puni vode, a da vaše ćelije praktično budu žedne i dehidrirane. 🤭Osnova zdravlja je acido – bazna ravnoteža. Iskoristljuvost unetih vitamina i minerala zavisi upravo te ravnoteže, a u “najkiselije” namirnice spadaju  proizvodi životinjskog porekla kao i i idustrijski rafinisani proizvodi koji obiluju šećerima ( ma koliko veganski bili). Ishrana bazirana na celovitim namirnicama biljnog porekla uz redovnu jutarnju  konzumaciju limunade, redovan unos minerala i vitamina kroz namirnice poput ( heljde, kinoe, goji bobica, rukole, blitve, spanaća, klica i svežeg i fermentisanog korenastog povrća i algi) omogućava  temelj za ono što se od nas kao ljudskih bića očekuje, a to je da budemo zdravi i provodni za sve ono predivno što možemo da ostvarimo. Ja vam kao i sebi želim da budete zdravi i srećni te vam prema tome poklanjam jedan brzinski DETOX SMUTIĆ.

Sezona dinja podrazumeva da ovu slatku i hranjivu voćku ( koju doduše zvanično svrstavamo u povrće ) koristimo za pripremu raznih slasnih obroka i napitaka među kojima je i ovaj smutić na bazi preslatke ananas dinje. Ona je za razliku od klasične dinje uglavnom nešto manja, i dok klasična dinja sarži više C vitamina i beta karotena ( koji se potom pretvara u vitamin A neophodan našoj koži) anans dinja je sočnija, slađa i zahvalnija za pripremu napitaka. Pomenute vitamine nadoknađujemo konzumacijom 🍋limuna, 🍠batata i 🥕šargarepe.  Napitak je pun vlakana i vode koja hidrira naše ćelije i ujedno podstiče izbacivanje toksina kroz eliminaciju viška tečnosti nakupljanje u međućelijskom prostoru.

NAMIRNICE:

  1. ananas dinja
  2. 3 zelene jabuke
  3. voda 100 ml u kokoj je prethodno 3 sata natapan koren maslačka 1 kafena kašika
  4. inulin 1 kesica
  5. kokos protein 1 supena kašika

Veganska ishrana nije samo soja – iako vegani jedu samo biljne proizvode, to ne znači da ne mogu jesti pomfrit, testeninu, palačinke, sushi (bez ribe) i pizzu. “Čoveče, pa oni su kao mi!” Da…jesu??
