Ovaj digestive muslić deluje što bi naši susedi rekli – trenutačno 😋 odličan je ne samo da zasiti već i da pokrene uletnjena creva i omogući bolju cirkulaciju ( zahvaljujući goji bobicama)
Može da se pravi i konzumira i u hladnoj i u toploj varijanti. Ja leti preferiram razume se ‘ladniju:)
Namirnice:
  1. Badem mleko 200 ml
  2. Chia semenke 2 supene
  3. Ovsene pahuljice 50 gr
  4. Goji bobice 15 kom
  5. Cejlonski cimet 1 kafena kašika
  6. Kokos nerafinisano ulje 1 kafena kašika
  7. Agava sirup ili malteks po ukusu
  8. Kardamom 1/2 kafene kašike
  9. Mleveni lan 1 kafena kašika / vakum pakovanje (Macrobiotic.prom) pa u frižider po otvaranju
Priprema:
  1. Sve Suve sastojke sjediniti u činijici, preliti mlekom, dobro promešati i ostaviti da odstoji 10 – 15 min pre  konzumacije 👌🏻

Veganska ishrana nije samo soja – iako vegani jedu samo biljne proizvode, to ne znači da ne mogu jesti pomfrit, testeninu, palačinke, sushi (bez ribe) i pizzu. “Čoveče, pa oni su kao mi!” Da…jesu??
