Obožavam sve čorbasto. Em hidrida, em zasiti, obogaćuje naš organizam hranjivim sastojcima, pomaže izbacivanje tečnosti ako se dobro kombinuju začini. I bude ukusno!
Ova supica se pravi vrlo jednoatavno, lagano se kusa, lagano se vari.
Recept:
Namirnice:
  1. Šampinjoni 200 gr ( idealno organic zlatni)
  2. Paziluk 1/2 struka
  3. Celer u štapićima 1 manji deo
  4. Kukuruz šećerac 50 gr
  5. Grašak 70 gr
  6. Biljno mleko ( ja sam koristila rižino)
  7. Nutri kvasac
  8. Prah slačice 1 supena kašika ili vegan senf ( onaj koji ne sadrži tragove jaja i mleka) a ni razne aditive ( najbolje potražiti u zdravoj hrani ili organic shopu)
  9. Nudle / pirinčane ili posne pšenične / odvojiti količinu po ukusu
  10. Biljno mleko 50 ml
  11. Voda 250 ml
  12. Mirin – vino od slatkog pirinča 3 supene kašike
  13. Himalajska so
Priprema:
  1. Skuvati kukuruz i grašak / 10 – 15 min u ključaloj vodi
  2. Iseći praziluk na tanke kružiće, celer na tanke tračice ( žilijen)
  3. Oprati i iseći šampinjone
  4. Sve sirove sastojke zajedno sa kukuruzom i graškom poređati u činiju za serviranje
  5. Nudle u posebnoj posudi preliti ključalom vodom i kuvati par min dok ne omekšaju
  6. U njih dodati vegan senf sa biljnim mlekom ili slačicu i sipati so po ukusu
  7. Dobro umešati
  8. Time preliti sve sastojke u činiji za serviranje
  9. Po ukusu dodati beli biber ili mleveni chili

Veganska ishrana nije samo soja – iako vegani jedu samo biljne proizvode, to ne znači da ne mogu jesti pomfrit, testeninu, palačinke, sushi (bez ribe) i pizzu. “Čoveče, pa oni su kao mi!” Da…jesu??
