Još jedan jednostavni chia puding. Savršen doručak ili užina.
Treba vam samo teglica, malo kokosovog mleka, chia semenke, neizbežne goji bobice i kokos ljuspice. 5 minuta vremena i još 20 u frižideru da se chia semenke aktiviraju u biljnom mleku. Za ostatak recepta i majstorski mix začina 😋 bacite pogled na recept ⬇️⬇️⬇️
Recept
Namirnice:
  1. Kokosovo mleko 250 ml
  2. Chia semenke 5 supenih kašika
  3. Agava sirup 1 supena kašika
  4. Goji bobice 2 supene kašike
  5. Kokosovi listići 1 supena kašika
  6. Mix začina – mera  1 kafena kašika / začinski mix sadrži / cejlonski cimet : muskatni orah : sušeni mleveni korijander : organska vanila u prahu – opciono, jer je vrlo skupa 🙄. Sve praviti u odnosu 2: 1:1:1 ( za dozu neka posluzi supena kašika ) napravite koliko želite tako što ćete ih izmešati prema navedenoj razmeri i odložiti ih u teglicu, no ako vam je to sve iz nekog razloga komplikovano 🙈🙃– onda pravac Spice Up Shop u Čumić! preporučujem apple pie mix začina
Priprema:
  1. Sipati chia semenke u teglu
  2. Mix začina izblendati sa mlekom
  3. Preliti time chia semenke i dobro promešati uz dodatak agava sirupa
  4. Odložiti na 20 do 30 min u frižider
  5. Posuti listićima kokosa i goji bobicama
Prijatno i na zdravlje ❤❤❤

Veganska ishrana nije samo soja – iako vegani jedu samo biljne proizvode, to ne znači da ne mogu jesti pomfrit, testeninu, palačinke, sushi (bez ribe) i pizzu. “Čoveče, pa oni su kao mi!” Da…jesu??
