Waffle ( iliti po srpski bakin kolač) je vazda bio omiljeni doručak bar u mom slučaju.
Osnovni recept sa mlekom i jajima ne dolazi u obzir i osim što je ovo jednostavnija i daleko zdravija varijanta, ukusom ni malo ne zaostaje od one verzije koji sam jela kao klinka i koja mi je istini za volju padala kao kamen na želudac. Tako da, trk po kvalitetno integralno brašno i ulje poput šljivinog koje sam ja ovde koristila ne samo zbog ukusa i blagodeti za stomak, već i zbog predivnog mirisa. U jednoj rečenici – hladno ceđena šljiva je srpska vanila!- Brašno od koštice šljive je takođe fantastičnog mirisa, bez glutena, obiluje vitamin B17 ( doduše manje od marelice) a isto je jedan od najpoznatijih istraženih ubica toksina i ćelija raka. Najdugovečniji i najvitalniji narod plemena Hunza ove koštice i na suncu sušene kajsije jede u izobilju. Prema tome. Učimo od iskusnijih.
Recept:
Namirinice:
  1. 2 šolje šljivinog brašna ( od koštice šljiva)
  2. Pirinčano ili Ječmeno brašno – 3 supene kašike (ječmeno nije za one koji su potpuno alergicni na gluten) ječam ga sadrži, u daleko manjim količinama od pšenice i ne smeta osobama koji pokazuju blagu osetljivost na gluten ili onima koji ga samo izbegavaju ili redukuju
  3. Ulje koštice šljive 2 supene kašike
  4. Soda bikarbona – bez aluminijuma 1 kafena kašika
  5. Voda 1, 5 šolja ( po potrebi više kako bi smeša bila ređa, a waffle tanji )
  6. Himalajska so – 1 ravna kafena kašika
  7. Chia semenke
  8. Višnje – 100 gr
  9. Suve šljive bez koštice – 100 gr
  10. Lešnikovo mleko 200 ml
  11. Agava sirup 1 supena kašika ili po ukusu
  12. Prah koštice kajsije
  13. Kokos ljuspice – opciono
Priprema :
  1. Sjediniti brašno, so, semenke, vodu i ulje
  2. Umutiti
  3. Zagrejati aparat za galete
  4. Kutlačom ravnomerno sipati
  5. Poklopiti i ispeći ( otp 4- 6 Waffle kom u zavisnosti od veličine i oblika aparata)
Priprema preliva :
  1. Sjediniti mleko, šljive i agava sirup
  2. Izbilendati sve
  3. Preliti preko galeta
  4. Posuti višnjama, kokos ljuspicama i prahom marelice
  5. Po želji i ukusu dodati preko agava sirup

Veganska ishrana nije samo soja – iako vegani jedu samo biljne proizvode, to ne znači da ne mogu jesti pomfrit, testeninu, palačinke, sushi (bez ribe) i pizzu. “Čoveče, pa oni su kao mi!” Da…jesu??
