Kao što sam i najavila tokom radne nedelje, ovog vikenda sa vama delim recept za ?????? potaž čija je osnova sremuš. Kada kažem osnova  – ne mislim u smislu količine  već prema dorinosu kvalitetu i intenzitetu ukusa.

Za nekoliko dana napravih nekoliko verzija. Jedna sa krompirom, sremušem i bademom, druga sa sa karfiolom, sočivom i sremušem. ???? treća… više se i ne sećam??

Sa vama delim karfiol/ sremuš/ crveno sočivo

Recept⤵️

Namirnice :

  1. Karfiol – 3 srednja cveta
  2. Sremuš – 5 struka
  3. Sočivo crveno – 1/2 šolje
  4. Soya maslac – 1,5 supena kašika Macrobiotic.co.rs
  5. Himalajska so – 1 – 1,5 supena kašika
  6. Konopljino seme – prstohvat prilikom služenja
  7. Beli biber – 1 kafena kašika
  8. Voda – 500 – 700 ml ( u zavisnosti od toga da li će uvriti  voda tokom kuvanja)

Priprema:

  1. Oprati i očistiti karfiol
  2. Staviti u ključalu vodu da se kuva
  3. Pridružiti mu crveno sočivo
  4. Sremuš oprati i iseći na krupne delove
  5. Staviti da se kuva sa karfiolom
  6. Kuvati dok sastojci ne omekšaju /20 min
  7. U šerpi izmiksati sve sa štapnim mikserom ( ja koristim Zepter myxi jer ima  nerdjajuće čelične noževe) ali svakako može da posluži bilo koji mikser ili blender.
  8. Prilikom mućenja dodati  soya maslac i začine
  9. Promešati još jednom i skloniti sa vatre
  10. Kada se ohladi sipati u posudu za serviranje i ukrasiti strukom sremuša i prstohvatom oljuštenog konopljinog semena ( na meru u Gastronom bio shop – Dorćol, Jovanova preko puta MAXI Alonso)

#sremuš povoljno deluje u lečenju arterioskleroze, visokog krvnog pritiska i na niz želudačnih i crevnih tegoba, te bolesti jetre. Uzimanje ekstrakta sremuša pokazalo se korisnim u terapiji mnogih bolesti disajnog sistema (bronhitis, astma i dr.). Delotvoran je lek protiv crevnih parazita kod dece, a stimuliše i rad želuca i creva. Pomaže u izlečenju rana koje sporo zarastaju ako se premažu svežim sokom od sremuša. Pospešuje izlučivanje viška sluzi iz pluća i omogućava iskašljavanje, što je posebno korisno za starije ljude kojima su pluća stalno puna sluzi i zbog toga imaju tegobe prilikom disanja.

ps. najkorisniji je kada se konzumira svež

Veganska ishrana nije samo soja – iako vegani jedu samo biljne proizvode, to ne znači da ne mogu jesti pomfrit, testeninu, palačinke, sushi (bez ribe) i pizzu. “Čoveče, pa oni su kao mi!” Da…jesu??
