Podloga može biti slična kao fil, s tim da u fil dodate voće po želji kako biste i ukusom i bojom napravili razliku u odnosu na podlogu.

A trik za pripremu ovog slatkiša ukoliko želite da ga zgotovite za bukvalno 10 min je korišćenje organska tapioke. U pitanju je biljni skrob korena manioke koji ima 0% masti, ali nema ni proteina.

Vrlo je koristan sastojak za pripremu pudinga ili filova za kolače.

Podloga :

100 gr indijskog oraha ( prethodno potopljen i samleven sa svežim sirovim urmama 10 kom ) uz dodatak 1/2 kafene kašike cejlonskog cimeta

Fil: 100gr indijskog oraha prethodno potopljenog, procediti, samleti sa 50 ml vode i 30 gr borovnica ili bilo kog crvenog ili bobičastog voća. Dodati javorovog ili pirinčanog slada ( samo iz @dm_srbija nema glutena) i tek kada probate slatkoću dodate 10 gr praha tapioke ( @macrobiotic_kicevska )

Izlijete smesu u tiganj na malo hladno ceđenog ulja kokosa i blago termički obradite uz mešanje. Izlijete u nauljenu modlu sa podlogom i u zamrzivač 2h

Veganska ishrana nije samo soja – iako vegani jedu samo biljne proizvode, to ne znači da ne mogu jesti pomfrit, testeninu, palačinke, sushi (bez ribe) i pizzu. “Čoveče, pa oni su kao mi!” Da…jesu??
